- WhatsApp: +971 56 684 8148
- Phone: +971 56 684 8148

Both go to the same team. WhatsApp is faster for quotes because you can send flight numbers, addresses and pin locations in one message.
What to send for a quick quote
Put these in your first message and the reply can come with a price instead of questions:
- Pickup point: hotel, address, pin location or flight number.
- Drop-off point, and any stops on the way.
- Date and time. For an arrival, the landing time.
- Number of passengers, and the age of any child under 10.
- Number of large suitcases and cabin bags.
- The car you want, if you have one in mind.
- Whether you need a return trip.
A message that holds all of it looks like this:
Pickup at DXB Terminal 3 on 12 December, landing 07:40, flight number to follow. Drop-off at a hotel on Palm Jumeirah. 2 adults and 1 child aged 3, 4 large bags. Return to DXB on 16 December at 18:00.
How to book a chauffeur on WhatsApp has more examples, including hourly hire and day trips.
How the enquiry form works
The form on this page asks for most of the same details. Put bags and child seats in the notes box. When you press send, WhatsApp opens with your answers already typed as a message to +971 56 684 8148. Nothing reaches Assure until you press send in WhatsApp, and no email inbox sits in between.
For an airport pickup, the airport transfers page shows what happens after you land at each of the 7 UAE airports.

Questions and answers
Which number should I message?
Message or call +971 56 684 8148. It is the one number for every Assure booking: airport pickups, chauffeur days, tours, weddings, corporate work and visa questions. It is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can send a request at 3 am on landing and get a reply.
Does the enquiry form send an email?
No. When you press send, the form opens WhatsApp on your phone or computer. The message is built from what you typed: from, to, date, pickup time, passengers, flight number and notes. You then press send in WhatsApp. Your request lands in the same chat as a direct message, and the reply comes back there.
Can I book a car for someone else?
Yes. Send the guest's name as it should appear on the name board, their flight number and their mobile number if they have one in the UAE. The chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall holding the board. The booking stays in your own WhatsApp chat, so you can follow it from wherever you are.
Can I visit the office?
Yes, by arrangement. The office is in the Al Nisf Building on Dubai Airport Road, Al Garhoud, the district next to Dubai International Airport. Message first on WhatsApp so someone is at the desk when you arrive. Nothing about a booking needs a visit, because quotes and confirmations are all sent on WhatsApp.
How do companies set up an account?
Send your company name, the kind of trips you need and a rough monthly volume on WhatsApp, or use the request-for-quote form on the corporate page. Accounts cover airport meet and greet for staff and guests, chauffeur days, exhibition weeks and group transport, with monthly invoicing.
