A chauffeur service puts a car and a driver at your disposal for one route or for a block of hours. Assure runs it from an office on Airport Road in Al Garhoud, a short drive from Dubai International (DXB). Trips start in Dubai and can end anywhere in the seven emirates.
This page covers chauffeur bookings for work: a day of meetings in DIFC, a roadshow across three offices, or a guest landing at Terminal 3 for a Business Bay hotel. Nights out and occasions have their own page for limousine hire in Dubai.
You get the car, the driver and the driver’s time. The chauffeur collects you, drives the route you set, waits outside while you are inside, and loads and unloads the bags. You do not need a UAE driving licence, and you never drive.
Every trip is planned on WhatsApp. Pickup details are confirmed there before the trip, and you can message if a meeting overruns or the next stop changes.

| How you book | How it is priced | A typical example |
|---|---|---|
| Transfer | One fixed route, one way or return | DXB to an office in DIFC, about 21 km |
| By the hour | A block of hours with a minimum, set in your quote | Dinner in Downtown Dubai with the car waiting |
| Half day | A longer block of hours, set in your quote | A morning of meetings in DIFC and Business Bay |
| Full day | A day-long block, with overtime agreed in advance | A roadshow ending with an evening flight from DXB |
A transfer suits a single journey with no stops. Hourly hire suits days that change: the car stays with you, so a meeting that runs 40 minutes over costs waiting time, not a new booking. If you plan to see the city rather than work, book a car with driver by the hour or day instead.
The minimum hours for each car class and the way extra time is charged are written into your quote before you confirm.
Seats count passengers only, not the driver or front passenger seat. Bags are large checked suitcases that fit with every seat in use.
| Class | Example models | Seats | Large bags | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Business sedans | Lexus ES 300h, Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series | 3 | 2 | Lexus: Assure fleet; E-Class and 5 Series: partner network, subject to availability |
| First class sedans | Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8 L | 3 | 2 | S-Class and 7 Series: Assure fleet; A8 L: partner network, subject to availability |
| Luxury SUVs | GMC Yukon, Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban | 6 | 3 to 5 | Yukon and Escalade: Assure fleet; Suburban: partner network, subject to availability |
| Vans | Mercedes V-Class, Kia Carnival, Hyundai Staria | 6 | 2 to 4 | Assure fleet |
| Minibuses | Mercedes Sprinter 13-seat and 19-seat, Toyota Hiace | 12 to 19 | 3 to 6 | Sprinters: Assure fleet; Hiace: partner network, subject to availability |
| Ultra-luxury | Rolls-Royce Ghost, Bentley Flying Spur, Mercedes-Maybach S-Class | 3 | 2 | Partner network, subject to availability |
For a single executive with a laptop bag, the Lexus ES 300h is enough. A board member arriving with 2 suitcases usually gets the S-Class or 7 Series. Four colleagues with luggage need the Yukon or the V-Class, because no sedan in the range seats 4 in the rear.
Assure does not publish a rate card. Each quote is built from these factors, and the quote states which of them it includes.
| Factor | Why it changes the quote |
|---|---|
| Car class | A Rolls-Royce from the partner network and a Lexus ES 300h are priced far apart |
| Distance | A trip to Ras Al Khaimah is about 109 km from Downtown Dubai; a hop from DIFC to Dubai World Trade Centre is about 3 km |
| Hours | Hourly, half-day and full-day blocks each carry their own minimum |
| Time of day | Very early pickups, late nights and public holidays can cost more |
| Waiting | Time beyond the booked hours, or beyond the free waiting in a transfer |
| Salik, Darb and parking | Dubai’s Salik gates, Abu Dhabi’s Darb gates and paid parking at malls and airports |
| One way or return | A return trip with waiting is quoted differently from two separate transfers |
| Extra stops | A stop to collect a colleague adds distance and time |
RTA rules for passenger transport by luxury vehicles in Dubai set the tariff above the taxi tariff, so a chauffeur costs more than a taxi over the same distance.

Business days in Dubai cluster in a few districts. These are typical legs, measured without traffic:
Allow extra time in the morning and evening rush hours. A roadshow with four meetings is easier with the car on hourly hire, parked nearby and ready when you walk out.
| Time | Stop | Leg without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| 08:30 | Pickup at a hotel in Dubai Marina | Start |
| 09:15 | First meeting in DIFC | About 24 km |
| 11:30 | Second meeting at Dubai World Trade Centre | About 3 km |
| 14:00 | Lunch and a third meeting in Business Bay | About 7 km |
| 17:30 | Drop-off at DXB Terminal 3 for an evening flight | About 19 km |
That day covers about 53 km but runs 9 hours door to door, so it is booked as a full day, not as four transfers. The suitcases ride in the boot all day, and the chauffeur waits nearby. If a meeting moves, you message the change and the next leg is re-planned.

UAE Labour Law sets normal working time at 8 hours a day, with overtime capped at 2 hours a day. Days longer than that are planned with a second chauffeur taking over.
Delegations, board members and high-profile guests who need discreet, pre-planned movements have their own page on VIP and executive chauffeurs.
For a guest flying in, give us the flight number. The chauffeur follows the real landing time and waits in the arrivals hall holding a board with the guest’s name. Dubai Airports has no pick-up area at Arrivals, so the chauffeur walks the guest to the car in the terminal car park.
Companies that book every week can set up an account with monthly invoicing on the corporate chauffeur page. Ask for a company invoice when you book a one-off day.
Trips that start in Dubai can end in any emirate. Local trips that start and end inside another emirate fall under that emirate’s own rules. In Ras Al Khaimah, for example, Resolution No. 3 of 2021 gives RAKTA the job of regulating luxury vehicles and limousines. Assure runs those trips through a partner licensed in that emirate, on request and confirmed with your quote.
Distances run from Downtown Dubai to each city centre, without traffic.
| Emirate | From Dubai | Local trips inside the emirate | Nearest airport page | Ask on WhatsApp |

| Ajman | About 45 km, 40 minutes | Licensed partner, on request | Sharjah (SHJ) | Ask |

| Fujairah | About 120 km, 1 h 30 | Licensed partner, on request | Fujairah (FJR) | Ask |
| Al Ain (Abu Dhabi) | About 136 km, 1 h 30 | Licensed partner, on request | Al Ain airport | Ask |
Weddings. The bride’s car, the couple’s exit and guest shuttles are planned together on the wedding car hire page. Guests can ride in a 19-seat Sprinter, and a Rolls-Royce for the couple is available through our partner network, subject to availability.
Birthdays, anniversaries and graduations. Cars for family celebrations and nights out are listed on the special occasion chauffeur page.
Events and exhibitions. Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City Dubai host the large trade shows, and Expo City sits about 39 km from Downtown Dubai. The events chauffeur hub lists each show with its venue and the usual month.
Airports. Every UAE airport, from DXB to Fujairah, has its own page on airport transfers, with the meeting point and the routes from it.
Between cities. Fixed-route trips such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi, about 139 km, are listed under intercity transfers.
Into Oman and the GCC. Trips to Muscat, Riyadh, Doha and Manama are quoted on request on the cross-border transfers page. Border documents and vehicle permits are confirmed for each route before you book.
Hotels, tour operators and companies that need several of these at once can see every line in one place on the transportation services overview.

Every quote is made for your trip, so no rate card. These are the things it depends on.
Assure quotes each booking on WhatsApp instead of publishing a rate card, because the price moves with the car class, the hours or route, the start time, waiting, tolls and parking. A Dubai luxury transport permit commits the operator to charge more than the taxi tariff, so a chauffeur never undercuts a metered cab over the same distance.
A chauffeur service supplies a car and a professional driver together, booked for a fixed route or for a block of hours. You never take the keys or need a UAE driving licence. The chauffeur drives, waits while you are inside a meeting or a restaurant, loads the luggage and keeps in touch with you on WhatsApp between stops.
The term usually means a chauffeur assigned to a guest whose arrival matters, in a first class sedan such as the Mercedes S-Class, or a Rolls-Royce available through our partner network, subject to availability. At an airport, an Assure chauffeur welcomes VIP guests personally in the arrivals hall. Send the guest's name, flight and plan for the day, and the car is planned around them.
Send the date, start time, pickup address, number of passengers and either the drop-off or the hours you need to Assure on WhatsApp at +971 56 684 8148. Add the car class and whether you need a company invoice. The quote comes back on WhatsApp, day or night, and the booking is confirmed there with your chauffeur's details.
A chauffeur drive that comes with an airline ticket is the airline's own benefit, and Emirates alone decides who qualifies and on what terms. Assure cannot confirm those terms for you, so check your booking with Emirates directly. If your ticket does not include a car, or you need extra stops, a larger car or a driver for the whole day, book a private chauffeur.
Book with a company licensed by the RTA for passenger transport by luxury motor vehicles, the activity that covers chauffeur-driven luxury cars in Dubai. Assure is RTA licensed and books the Mercedes S-Class and BMW 7 Series from its own fleet. Rolls-Royce and Bentley models are available through our partner network, subject to availability.
Yes. Trips that start in Dubai can end anywhere in the UAE: central Abu Dhabi is about 139 km from Downtown Dubai and Sharjah about 26 km by road. Trips that start and end inside another emirate fall under that emirate's own transport rules, so they run through a partner licensed there, on request and confirmed with your quote.
