Pages are drafted with AI assistance, then checked against official sources such as the RTA, Dubai Airports and government portals, with a checked date on each source. The Assure team reviews them. Who writes and owns this site
Assure owns the site and is responsible for every page on it. Mohammed Rashad Hussain, Managing Partner, is the named author of the guides. He has worked in UAE ground transport since 2012, including six years at Emirates Transport in Dubai.
Service, airport, route, tour, event and vehicle pages are published by Assure. A page shows “Checked by” with a person’s name only after that person has reviewed it. Until then it says “Published by Assure”.
How the pages are made
We draft pages with AI assistance. A draft is not a page. Before anything is published:
- Every fact that can go stale is checked against an official source: the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai Airports, the airport operators, the federal and emirate government portals, and the event organisers.
- The source is listed on the page with its link and the date we checked it.
- The Assure team reads the page for things only an operator would know, such as where a driver actually waits, how long a drive takes and what a car can carry.
If we cannot confirm a fact from an official source, we leave it out or tell you who to ask.
Prices and availability
The site does not print prices for Assure services. A trip is priced for its route, vehicle, time and day, and quoted in writing on WhatsApp before you confirm. Vehicles from our partner network are subject to availability and are checked for your date when you book.
Third-party fees, such as a visa fee or a ticket, appear only with a source and a checked date, and they change without notice.
Reporting an error

Where the images come from
Photos are taken from Wikimedia Commons, Unsplash, manufacturer press images and, where we have them, Assure’s own photos. Each image on a page shows its credit and licence, and every one is listed on the image credits page with a link to its source. Where we show a car, it is labelled Assure fleet or partner network.

AI helps draft them. Every draft is then checked against official sources and read by the Assure team before it is published. The facts that go stale, such as airport procedures, visa rules and fees, carry a source link and the date it was last checked.
Who is responsible for what the guides say?
Assure publishes them, and Mohammed Rashad Hussain is the named author and the owner of the business. If a guide is wrong, the responsibility is Assure's, and the fix is made as soon as the error is reported.
Why are there no prices on the site?
A trip price depends on the route, the vehicle, the time and the day. Assure quotes each trip on WhatsApp, in writing, before you confirm. Prices that were true on one date would mislead on another, so the site does not print them.
How do I report a mistake?
Send the page address and what is wrong on WhatsApp to +971 56 684 8148. Assure checks the claim against the official source and corrects the page. The updated date on the page changes when the content changes.
