Assure's minibuses seat 12 to 22 passengers with a driver in Dubai and across the UAE. The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is Assure's own, in a 13-seat and a 19-seat layout. The Toyota HiAce Commuter (12), Ford Transit Bus (14) and Toyota Coaster (22) come through partners, subject to availability. Send the group size and bag count on WhatsApp.

A minibus moves a group that is too big for two vans and too small for a coach: 12 to 22 people in one vehicle, with one driver. A team, a wedding party or a tour group arrives together and leaves together. Booking options and quotes for a transfer, a day or a run of days are on the minibus rental page. This page compares the vehicles.

Partner minibuses are available through our partner network, subject to availability. The large-bag figures assume every seat is taken. If fewer people travel, say so, because the bag allowance changes with the seat count.
The Sprinter is the one minibus Assure owns, and it runs in two layouts. The 13-seat version is the airport choice: an estimated 6 large suitcases fit behind the seats with every passenger aboard. The 19-seat version fills that space with rows and leaves room for about 3 large cases and 6 cabin bags.
Both have a high roof, a sliding side door and air conditioning vents in the roof for the rear rows. The seat counts are Assure’s figures for its own two vehicles. Because they are Assure’s, a Sprinter booking only needs a free vehicle on your date.
Toyota UAE sells the HiAce as a 13-seater with a 2.7 L or 3.5 L petrol engine. The partner HiAce Commuter is listed here for 12 passengers and about 3 large cases, so ask the partner for the seat layout of the van on your date.
Ford sells the Transit Bus in the UAE as a 15-seat medium-roof bus or an 18-seat high-roof bus. Both run a 2.0 L EcoBlue diesel with an automatic gearbox, and Ford lists overhead storage shelving on the bus. The card here assumes the 15-seat version with 14 passengers. Ask which version the partner car is, because the 18-seat bus carries 3 more people.

The Coaster is the largest minibus here, with 22 passenger seats. Toyota UAE calls it a 23-seater and lists window curtains and a microphone with an amplifier, the kit a tour guide uses on the road. What it lacks is a luggage hold: plan on about 10 cabin bags inside and no large suitcases.
For an airport arrival with checked bags, pair the Coaster with a van for the luggage, or step up to the 35-seat and 50-seat coaches.
| Trip | What to know | Book it as |
|---|---|---|
| Group arrival at Dubai International | Name board in the arrivals hall; DXB to Dubai Marina is about 37 km, around 40 minutes without traffic | DXB airport pickups |
| A day trip to Hatta | About 109 km from central Dubai, roughly 1 hour 25 minutes without traffic | The Hatta tour |
| Wedding guests between hotels and the venue | Shuttle loops timed to the ceremony and the end of the evening | Planning wedding transport |
Distances come from OpenStreetMap routing (OSRM) between central points and exclude traffic.
Below 8 passengers, a van is enough. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class seats 6 with 4 large cases, and the partner Vito Tourer seats 7, both among the vans with driver. Above 22, the coaches start at 35 seats. The capacity chart lines up seats and suitcases for every class, and the full fleet shows the rest.
Assure runs the Sprinter in two layouts: 13 passenger seats or 19. The 13-seat version keeps room for an estimated 6 large suitcases and 6 cabin bags. The 19-seat version gives most of that space to seats, leaving about 3 large cases and 6 cabin bags. Both seat counts are Assure's own figures for its two vehicles.
Not with full airport luggage. With every seat filled, the estimate is 3 large suitcases plus 6 cabin bags. A group of 15 to 19 landing with a checked case each needs a second vehicle for the bags, such as a van. Another way is a 13-seat Sprinter plus a van, or a 35-seat coach once its partner confirms the hold.
Toyota UAE sells the HiAce as a 13-seater, and the partner HiAce Commuter is listed here for 12 passengers and about 3 large suitcases. The 13-seat Sprinter takes one more passenger and twice the luggage, an estimated 6 large cases, under a high roof. The Sprinter is Assure's own; the HiAce comes through partners, subject to availability. With more than 3 large cases, take the Sprinter.
No. The Coaster has no separate hold, so plan on about 10 cabin bags inside and no large suitcases. Toyota UAE lists it as a 23-seater with window curtains and a microphone and amplifier, which suits a guided tour. For an airport group with checked bags, pair it with a van for the luggage or book a coach with an underfloor hold.
Send every flight number, the passenger count and the drop-off address. The driver meets the group in the arrivals hall with a name board. Everyone then walks to the minibus at the pickup point confirmed on WhatsApp. If the group lands on different flights, list them all, because the quote can cover one run or several.
Yes. Hatta is about 109 km from central Dubai by road, roughly 1 hour 25 minutes without traffic by OpenStreetMap routing. The minibus and driver stay with the group while it visits Hatta Dam and the heritage village, then drive back. For a planned day with set stops, ask about the Hatta tour instead of a minibus booked by the hour.
The Toyota Coaster carries 22 seated passengers but has no luggage hold. For a dinner, a tour or an event with handbags only, that is enough. For 22 people with suitcases, the 35-seat coach fits better once its partner confirms the hold, and it leaves 13 spare seats. Both come from the partner network, subject to availability.
