An executive chauffeur is for the guest whose day cannot slip. The car is clean and ready, the driver is early, and the route has been checked before you leave.
Chauffeur standards
- Dress. Dark suit, as the occasion requires.
- Discretion. What you discuss in the car and where you go stays with the driver.
- Route planning. The driver checks the route and the alternatives before pickup, including Sheikh Zayed Road and the Al Khail Road.
- Early arrival. The car waits at the pickup point before the booked time.
- Vetting. Details of driver vetting are given on request once confirmed for your booking.

What a VIP day can include
- Airport meet and greet in the arrivals hall at Dubai International, with the driver at the gate and a name board.

What is a VIP chauffeur?
A VIP chauffeur is a professional driver assigned to one guest or party for a set period, in a high-specification car. The driver plans the route, arrives before the booked time, keeps conversation and details of your movements private, and handles doors and luggage. It is a driving service, not a security service.
Do you pick up at the private jet terminal?
Yes, on request. Send the aircraft arrival time, the terminal and the passenger names. Access and procedures at private jet terminals are set by the terminal operator, so we confirm them with you before the day. Our private jet terminals page lists what we cover.
Can the same driver stay all day?
Yes. Book the car by the hour or for a full day and the same driver and vehicle stay with you across every stop. Multi-stop days with meetings, lunches and an airport run are the usual use. Where a day runs very long, we agree a driver change in advance.
Do you provide armed protection or armoured cars?
No. Assure provides chauffeur-driven transport only. We do not supply armed escorts or armoured vehicles. If your programme needs close protection, your own security team can travel with the guest, and we will plan the route and timings around them.
How do I share a sensitive schedule?
Share only what you are comfortable with. A pickup time, a pickup point and a drop-off are enough for us to dispatch a car. You can send the rest of the day in stages, on WhatsApp or by email, and the driver sees only the next stop if you prefer.
Which cars can I choose?
The Assure fleet includes the Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series and Cadillac Escalade. The Mercedes-Maybach and Rolls-Royce models are available through our partner network, subject to availability. Tell us the number of guests and bags and we recommend a car.
