Where Assure reviews live
Every Assure review is on Google, on the Assure Business Profile that shows in Google Search and Google Maps. Guests write them under their own Google name after an airport pickup at Dubai International, a chauffeur booked by the hour or a private tour. Google states that all reviews are public and that nobody can post one anonymously.

Why this site shows no testimonials
You will not find quotes, star widgets or “what our clients say” boxes anywhere on assureadventure.com. A quote copied onto a company’s own website can be picked, trimmed or made up, and the reader has no way to check it.
On Google, each review sits next to the reviewer’s name, the date and their other reviews. You can judge it yourself, and so can everyone else.
How to leave a review after your trip
- Sign in to your Google account and open the Assure listing in Google Maps.
- Select Write a review.
- Pick a star rating from 1 to 5. Add text and photos if you want to.
- Post the review.
Details help the next traveller more than adjectives do. Say which route you took, for example DXB Terminal 3 to Dubai Marina, and which car came. Say whether your chauffeur was waiting with the name board when you walked out of arrivals.
You can edit or delete your review later. In Google Maps, open Your contributions, then Reviews. Google changes the date on the review to the day of your last edit.
What Assure does not do to get reviews
Google removes reviews that break its contributed content policy. Assure keeps to the three rules that matter most for a chauffeur company:
- No rewards. No discounts, upgrades, free trips or payment for a review. Google bans incentives in exchange for reviews.
- No picking. We do not ask only the guests we think were happy. Google forbids asking selectively for positive reviews.
- No reviews from our side. Staff, partner drivers and people under contract to Assure do not review it. Google treats employment and contractual ties as a conflict of interest.
How replies work
When Assure replies to a review, the reply appears in public under it, and Google notifies the reviewer. Google checks every business reply against its content policy before it goes live.
A business cannot rewrite a review. It can reply, or it can flag a review that breaks Google’s content policies, such as spam or a review written about a different company. Google then decides what happens to it.
If something went wrong on your trip
Tell us straight away on WhatsApp, with the date, the pickup point and the name on the booking. A late pickup at Zayed International, or a car that did not match the vehicle class you booked, is easier to put right on the same day. You are still free to review the trip on Google, whatever the outcome.

Are the reviews on the Assure website real?
The site does not show reviews at all. There are no testimonials, quotes or star widgets typed in by staff anywhere on it. Every Assure review is on Google, written under the reviewer's own Google name. You can see the date, the profile and that person's other reviews before you decide how much weight to give it.
Where can I read Assure reviews?
On the Assure Business Profile in Google Search and Google Maps. If you cannot find the listing, message +971 56 684 8148 on WhatsApp and we send you the direct link. Read the low ratings as well as the high ones: they show what went wrong on a trip and how it was handled afterwards.
How do I review my chauffeur or airport transfer?
Sign in to Google, open the Assure listing in Google Maps and select Write a review. Choose from 1 to 5 stars, then add text and photos if you want to. Mention the route, the car and the timing, such as whether the name board was ready when you came out of the arrivals hall.
Can Assure delete a bad review?
No. Only the person who wrote a review can edit or delete it, and Google can remove reviews that break its policies. A business can reply in public, or flag a review to Google if it breaks Google's content policies, for example spam or a review meant for another company. Google decides what happens to a flagged review.
Do you give a discount for leaving a review?
No. Assure offers no discount, upgrade, free trip or payment for a review, good or bad. Google's rules ban incentives in exchange for reviews and remove reviews that were paid for in cash or in kind. If a driver or anyone else offers you something in return for a review, tell us on WhatsApp.
Will Assure reply to my review?
Replies come from the Assure Business Profile and appear in public under your review. Google checks each reply against its content policy before it goes live, and it notifies you when one is posted. If you need an answer about a booking, WhatsApp is quicker than a review reply, because the line is answered 24/7.
Can I change my review later?
Yes. In Google Maps, open Your contributions, then Reviews, and choose Edit review or Delete review next to it. You can change the stars, the text and the photos at any time. Google updates the date shown on the review to the day you last edited it, so readers see that it changed.
