Booking terms

Assure bookings are made on WhatsApp or by phone, and each one starts with a written quote. The quote names the route, the car class, the pickup time and the price, and sets the cancellation and waiting terms for that trip. Your booking is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing on WhatsApp.

How a booking is made

  1. Send the route, date, pickup time and the number of passengers and bags on WhatsApp (+971 56 684 8148), by phone or through the trip form. For an airport pickup, add the flight number.
  2. The trip form opens WhatsApp with your details already typed. Nothing is booked until you send that message.
  3. Assure replies with a written quote: the vehicle class, the pickup point, the price and what the price covers.
  4. You accept the quote in the same chat. That written reply is your booking.

There is no online payment on this website. How and when you pay is written in your quote.

Prices

Prices depend on the route, the car class, the time of day and the date, so there is no fixed price list. The figure in your accepted quote is the price for that trip. If you change the route, the time or the car afterwards, a new figure is agreed in writing before the trip runs.

Road tolls and parking

Dubai has 10 Salik toll gates, on roads such as Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road and the Al Garhoud Bridge. Each one charges as the car passes under it. Abu Dhabi runs its own Darb toll gates. Airports, malls, hotels and event venues charge for parking while a car waits.

Your quote says which of these costs are included. If a cost comes up that the quote does not cover, for example parking at a venue you add on the day, the chauffeur tells you before it is paid.

Waiting time

  • Airport pickups. Give your flight number when you book. Your chauffeur follows the real landing time, not the scheduled one, and waits in the arrivals hall with your name on a board. The free waiting time after landing is confirmed with your quote. The steps for each airport are on the airport transfer pages.
  • Hotel, home and office pickups. The waiting time included is written in your quote. If you need longer, say so in the chat, and the chauffeur confirms whether the car can stay.

Changes and cancellation

The cancellation terms for your trip are written in your quote, so read them before you accept. To cancel or change a booking, message the same WhatsApp chat. That gives both sides a written record with the time it was sent.

A change of date, time or car depends on which cars and chauffeurs are free at the new time, and it can change the price.

Passengers and luggage

The quote is for the passengers and bags you list. Each car has a fixed seat count.

Car Passengers
Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series Up to 3
GMC Yukon or Mercedes-Benz V-Class Up to 6
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 13 or 19, by version

If more people arrive than the quote lists, the chauffeur cannot carry anyone beyond the seat count, and a second or larger car may be needed. Seats and bag space for every car are on the fleet pages.

Vehicles labelled partner network on the fleet pages are available through our partner network, subject to availability. Your quote names the vehicle class for your trip.

Child seats

Dubai Police and the RTA state that children under 4 must ride in a child seat. A child aged 10 or under, or shorter than 145 cm, may not sit in the front seat. Tell us the age of each child when you ask for a quote. The quote confirms which child seats are fitted.

Smoking, damage and lost items

UAE law bans smoking in public and private vehicles when children are inside.

If passengers damage the car, or leave it needing specialist cleaning, Assure sends photos and the cost in writing on WhatsApp before asking for any payment.

Check the seat pockets and the boot before you leave the car. If you leave something behind, message the WhatsApp chat with the date, the route and the item.

Cross-border trips

Trips to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain are quoted one route at a time on the cross-border transfers line. These conditions apply on top of the quote:

  • Documents. Every passenger carries their own passport and any visa or residence permit the destination needs. Oman visas can be applied for online on the Royal Oman Police eVisa portal. For Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain, check that country’s official visa site before you travel.
  • The car. Whether the car and chauffeur can cross depends on the permits and insurance for that country. Your quote confirms it for your route. The Oman route page lists the crossing points.
  • Border decisions. Border officials on each side decide who enters, and Assure cannot change their decision. What happens to the fare if a passenger is refused entry is written in your quote.
  • Time at the border. Allow extra time for exit and entry checks on both sides, more so around public holidays.

Questions and answers

How do I confirm a booking with Assure?

Accept your written quote in the WhatsApp chat where it was sent. The quote lists the route, the vehicle class, the pickup time and the price, plus the cancellation and waiting terms for that trip. Your written acceptance is the booking. Nothing is booked before that, including a trip form you filled in but did not send.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Message the same WhatsApp chat as soon as your plans change, so there is a written record with the time you sent it. The cancellation terms that apply are the ones written in your accepted quote. Read them before you accept, and ask in the chat if any part of them is unclear.

Are Salik tolls and parking included in the price?

Your quote says so for each trip. Dubai's Salik gates and Abu Dhabi's Darb gates charge tolls as the car passes, and airports, malls and venues charge for parking while the car waits. If a cost comes up that the quote does not cover, such as a paid car park at an extra stop, the chauffeur tells you before it is paid.

How long will my chauffeur wait at the airport?

The free waiting time after landing is confirmed with your quote. Give your flight number when you book: the chauffeur follows the real landing time, not the scheduled one, so the car is there when you actually land. If passport control or baggage claim is slow, message the chauffeur on WhatsApp from the hall.

Do you supply child seats?

Ask when you request a quote and give the age of each child. The quote confirms which child seats are fitted for the trip. Dubai Police and the RTA state that children under 4 must ride in a child seat. A child aged 10 or under, or shorter than 145 cm, may not sit in the front seat.

Can the car drive me across the border into Oman?

Cross-border trips are quoted one route at a time. The quote confirms whether the car and chauffeur can cross on your route and which border post the trip uses. Every passenger needs a passport and any visa Oman requires, which can be applied for on the Royal Oman Police eVisa portal. Border officials decide who enters.

What happens if passengers damage the car?

Assure sends photos and the repair or cleaning cost in writing on WhatsApp before asking for any payment. This covers damage beyond normal use and spills that need specialist cleaning. If you are unsure whether something happened during the trip, check the car with the chauffeur at drop-off, while you are both still there.
