A full 50-person airport arrival with a checked bag each leaves about 15 cases to carry another way, usually in a van alongside. A group above 50 travels in more than one coach, with the split planned around pickup points, hotels and luggage.
Which make of coach will we get?
It depends on the partner that supplies your date, so the coaches are listed by seat count, not by brand. Ask for the make, the model year, the seat layout and a photo of the actual coach before you confirm. If the hold size or a microphone for a guide matters, raise it at the same time so it is checked with the partner.
How much luggage fits on a 50-seat coach?

The group is met in the arrivals hall with a name board, then walked to the coach at a pickup point sent on WhatsApp before landing. With guests at several hotels, agree the drop-off order before the day, so the coach runs one loop from the airport instead of doubling back.
Do the coaches have wheelchair access?
It varies by coach, so wheelchair access is confirmed with the partner for each booking. Say how many passengers use a wheelchair and whether each one can move to a seat. A folded wheelchair travels in the hold as a large item. If no partner coach has a lift on your date, ask whether a separate adapted vehicle can be arranged.
Can we book coaches for daily staff transport?
Yes, as a recurring contract rather than single trips. Daily runs between staff accommodation and a site or office are set up through Assure's corporate staff transport service, with monthly invoicing. Send the pickup points, the shift times and the number of staff, and the partner, coach size and route are confirmed with the quote.
How many coaches do we need for 120 guests?
Two 50-seat coaches and one 35-seat coach give 135 seats, which leaves 15 spare for late additions and hand luggage. Three 50-seat coaches give 150 seats and more hold space. If the guests stay at several hotels, one coach per group of nearby hotels cuts the time anyone spends waiting for a pickup across town.
How long does a coach take from Dubai to Abu Dhabi?
The drive between the two city centres covers about 139 km and takes around 1 hour 30 minutes without traffic, by OpenStreetMap routing. Yas Island is about 114 km from central Dubai. Allow longer than you would for a car: boarding 50 people and loading the hold takes time at each end, and the morning and evening peaks slow the E11.
