Visit visas, visa on arrival, transit visas, and visas for trips to Oman and Saudi Arabia
How the guides are checked
Every guide shows two dates: when it was first published, and when its facts were last checked.
Visa, border, fee and event-date facts come from official sources, such as ICP, GDRFA, the RTA, the Royal Oman Police and event organisers. A fact that could not be confirmed is left out.
The guides give no Assure prices. Third-party costs, such as a Salik toll or a visa fee, appear only with their official source.
Every photo is credited under the article with its author and licence.
From a guide to a quote
Each guide ends with a trip form. Fill in the route and the date, and it opens WhatsApp with your details, on a line answered 24/7.
Assure, the Dubai chauffeur and tours company behind this site, with 10+ years on UAE roads. The guides draw on the trips Assure drives: airport pickups at DXB and Zayed International, intercity transfers and private tours across the seven emirates. Rules that belong to an authority, such as a visa or border requirement, follow the official source.
How up to date are the guides?
Each guide shows the date it was first published and the date its facts were last checked. Rules for visas, borders, tolls and events change often, so those facts follow the official source they came from. If something has changed since the last check, the official source wins, and you can tell us on WhatsApp so the guide gets corrected.
Do the guides show prices?
Not for Assure's own services. Chauffeur, transfer and tour prices depend on the route, the car and the time, so they are quoted on WhatsApp instead. The guides mention third-party costs, such as a Salik toll, a taxi fare or a visa fee, only when an official source states the amount.
Are the guides only about Dubai?
No. Dubai comes first, but the guides cover all seven emirates, from Abu Dhabi and Al Ain to Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. They also cover road trips to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain. The airport guides cover every UAE airport, including Sharjah and Al Maktoum (DWC), and the Dubai cruise terminals at Mina Rashid and Dubai Harbour.
Where do the visa facts come from?
From official sources. These are the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), the Dubai GDRFA and the UAE Government portal u.ae. For trips out of the UAE they are the Royal Oman Police, embassies and each country's own visa portal. Each fact carries the date it was checked. Visa rules change often, so check the official page for your nationality before you book flights.
Can I book a car from a guide?
Yes. Every guide ends with a trip form. Add the route, date and number of passengers, and it opens WhatsApp with those details ready to send. Nothing is booked until you send the message and accept the written quote that comes back. The WhatsApp line, +971 56 684 8148, is answered 24/7.
