Booking and quotes

In this Assure FAQ, every booking starts with a message to +971 56 684 8148 on WhatsApp, or a call to the same number. The trip form on each page opens that chat with your details filled in.

Five things set the price.

  • The pickup and drop-off points, and the road distance between them
  • The car: a Lexus ES 300h is quoted differently from a Cadillac Escalade
  • The time of day, and the length of an hourly booking
  • Waiting time beyond what the quote includes
  • Extra stops on the way

There is no fixed price list. A run from Downtown Dubai to DXB (about 18 km by road) and one to Ras Al Khaimah International (about 112 km) are different jobs, even in the same car. For hourly hire, transfers and full days, chauffeur service sets out the options. How to book a chauffeur on WhatsApp shows the message that gets the fastest quote.

At the airport

Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall, after passport control and customs, holding a board with your name. The chauffeur greets VIP guests in person. Before you land, the chauffeur messages you on WhatsApp with the meeting point, so switch your phone on once you reach baggage claim.

The flight number does the rest: the chauffeur follows the real landing time, early or late. Each of the 7 UAE airports has its own page under airport transfers, with the terminals and where to meet.

Luggage and seats

Bag counts below assume every seat is taken. With fewer passengers, more fits.

Car Passengers Large suitcases
Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Lexus ES 300h 3 2
GMC Yukon, Cadillac Escalade 6 3
Kia Carnival, Citroen SpaceTourer 6 3
Hyundai Staria 6 2
Mercedes-Benz V-Class 6 4
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, 13 seats 13 6

Golf bags, prams and folding wheelchairs all need boot space, so list them when you book. The full chart for every model, own and partner, is in passenger and suitcase capacity by car.

Children and child seats

UAE traffic rules set two limits, according to the RTA and Dubai Police:

  • Children under 4 must travel in a child seat suited to their weight and height.
  • Children aged 10 or under, or shorter than 145 cm, may not sit in the front seat.

When you book, give each child’s age and weight. Assure confirms whether a suitable seat can be fitted in your car before you commit. If you bring your own seat, mention it, so the boot has room for it on the return trip.

Payment, waiting time and cancellation

These three terms change with the trip, so each is stated in your quote before you confirm. A short city transfer and a 10-hour day in Abu Dhabi carry different waiting and cancellation terms. The booking terms set out the general conditions, including Salik tolls, parking and cross-border trips.

Where Assure can drive

  • Dubai: Assure is licensed by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), which regulates deluxe passenger transport in the emirate. Airport pickups, chauffeur days and transfers from Dubai sit here.
  • The other emirates: a trip from Dubai to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah or any other emirate is a normal booking. A local job that never touches Dubai, say a hotel to a meeting inside Ras Al Khaimah, falls under that emirate’s own transport authority (RAKTA there). Assure confirms it per booking and may assign a partner licensed in that emirate.
  • Across the border: road trips to Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain are quoted on request. Dubai to Muscat is about 409 km by road. Border, visa and vehicle rules differ by route, and cross-border transfers lists them country by country.

For what the licence means when you are the passenger, read what an RTA limousine licence means for you.

Visas

Assure handles visa questions in the same chat as your transfer: UAE visit visas, and visas for travel abroad. Rules depend on your passport and change often. GCC citizens do not need a visa to enter the UAE, some nationalities get a visa on arrival, and others must apply before travel. Check the UAE Government portal for your nationality, then send your passport country and travel dates on WhatsApp.

If something here does not answer your question, the contact page lists every way to reach the team.

Questions and answers

How do I book a chauffeur?

Send your pickup point, drop-off, date, time, passengers and bags on WhatsApp to +971 56 684 8148, or fill in the trip form on any page. Assure replies with a quote for that route and car. You confirm in the same chat, and the chauffeur messages you before the pickup. Phone bookings on the same number work too, 24/7.

How long will the driver wait?

Free waiting time depends on the trip, and it is stated in your quote before you confirm. For an airport pickup, give your flight number: the chauffeur follows the real landing time, not the scheduled one, whether the flight lands early or late. Waiting beyond the free time is quoted on WhatsApp.

Do you provide child seats?

Ask when you book and give each child's age and weight. Assure then confirms whether a suitable seat can be fitted in your car. UAE traffic rules require a child seat for children under 4, and children aged 10 or under, or shorter than 145 cm, may not ride in the front seat.

Can you pick up outside Dubai?

Yes. Chauffeurs meet arrivals at all 7 UAE airports, from Ras Al Khaimah (RKT) to Zayed International (AUH), and drive from Dubai to every emirate. A trip that starts and ends inside another emirate, such as a day of meetings in Abu Dhabi, is confirmed per booking. It may be driven by a partner licensed there.

How much luggage fits in the car?

With every seat in use, a first class sedan such as the Mercedes-Benz S-Class takes 2 large suitcases. A GMC Yukon or Cadillac Escalade takes 3, and a Mercedes-Benz V-Class takes 4. A 13-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter takes 6. Tell us your bag count when you book, and the quote is for a car that fits it.

How do I pay?

The payment methods for your booking are confirmed with your quote on WhatsApp, before you commit to anything. There is no online checkout on this site. Corporate clients can pay through an account with monthly invoicing. If you need a particular way to pay, say so in your first message so the quote reflects it.

Can I cancel or change a booking?

Yes. Message the same WhatsApp chat with the change: a new time, a different flight or a cancellation. The cancellation terms for your trip are confirmed with the quote, and the booking terms page sets out the general conditions. For airport pickups, a new flight number is enough for the chauffeur to follow the new arrival.

Can Assure help with my UAE visa?

Ask in the same WhatsApp chat as your transfer. Assure helps with UAE visit visas and with visas for travel abroad, but the rules depend on your passport. GCC citizens do not need a visa to enter the UAE. Some other nationalities get a visa on arrival, and others must apply before they travel.
