Assure books buses and coaches with a driver in Dubai through its partner network, subject to availability: the Toyota Coaster for about 22 passengers, plus 35-seat and 50-seat coaches. They cover event shuttles, wedding guests, staff runs, tour groups and airport arrivals. Send the seat count, date, route and times on WhatsApp for a group quote.

Every bus and coach here is available through our partner network, subject to availability, and every hire comes with a driver. Pick by headcount first, then by luggage.
| Bus | Passengers | Luggage | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toyota Coaster | 22 (Toyota UAE lists a 23-seater) | No separate hold: about 10 cabin bags, no large suitcases | Event shuttles, guided city tours, staff runs |
| 35-seat coach, make varies by partner | 35 | Hold size confirmed for the vehicle you get | Wedding guests, delegations, groups of 25 to 35 |
| 50-seat coach, make varies by partner | 50 | Underfloor hold, size confirmed for the vehicle | Airport groups with suitcases, large events |
Toyota UAE sells the current Coaster in 2.7-litre and 4.0-litre versions, both listed as 23-seaters, with curtains and a microphone with amplifier. A guide can talk to the whole bus between stops. Each model, with seats and bags, is on our coaches and buses page.
Fewer than 20 people? A 12 to 19 seat minibus with driver is a closer fit, including the 19-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from the Assure fleet. For 6 or 7 passengers, see our vans and group transport.

A luxury coach request comes down to the interior and the extras on board. Tell us which of these your group needs, and we match the request to a vehicle.
Partner coaches differ, so you see the details of the actual vehicle before you confirm.
A coach driver works under the same rules as any private-sector employee in the UAE. The normal day is 8 hours, overtime is capped at 2 hours a day, and Ramadan cuts the normal day by 2 hours (Article 17, Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021).
That limit shapes long hires. An exhibition shuttle from 07:00 to 19:00 runs 12 hours. A wedding from 15:00 to 01:00 runs 10 hours, plus the drive back to the depot. Both need a second driver, so put the first pickup and the last drop-off time in your request.

Many group days start at a Dubai hotel and finish in a neighbouring emirate. The table lists road distances from Downtown Dubai at free-flow speed, measured with OSRM.
| From Downtown Dubai to | Road distance | Drive time | Typical group trip |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sharjah city | about 26 km | around 30 minutes | Heritage area and souk visits |
| Sharjah International (SHJ) | about 39 km | around 35 minutes | Arrivals on Sharjah flights |
| Yas Island | about 114 km | around 1 hour 15 minutes | Theme park days |
| Zayed International (AUH) | about 115 km | around 1 hour 20 minutes | Group departures from Abu Dhabi |
| Abu Dhabi city | about 139 km | around 1 hour 30 minutes | Delegation meetings and conferences |
Sharjah is the shortest of these runs, but allow extra time over the 30-minute free-flow figure at morning and evening commuter hours. A shuttle that starts and ends inside Sharjah, such as hotel loops to a venue there, may need an operator licensed in Sharjah.
On the 1 hour 30 minute run to Abu Dhabi city, seat comfort and an onboard toilet matter more than on a city loop. A return day to Yas Island or the capital can pass 10 hours once the drive back is counted, so the second-driver point above applies. Shuttles that start and end inside Abu Dhabi, such as hotel runs for a conference there, may need a partner licensed in that emirate.
For either emirate, ask us to confirm the partner and its licence before you fix the plan.

Every quote is made for your trip, so no rate card. These are the things it depends on.
Give the dates, the pickup and the cars you need in one message. The reply comes back on WhatsApp.
Assure quotes each group hire from the route, the hours and the date, so there is no fixed list. For about 20 people, the choice is the 19-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from the Assure fleet or the 22-passenger Toyota Coaster from our partner network. The Sprinter takes more large bags, which matters for an airport run. Send the headcount and bags on WhatsApp.
For 30 passengers, Assure books a 35-seat coach, which leaves a few spare seats for bags and late additions. The price depends on the hours on hire, the route, the time of day and whether the coach waits on site. Send the date, pickup and drop-off addresses and times on WhatsApp, and the quote comes back for the whole coach.
For a 23-seat bus, Assure books the Toyota Coaster. Toyota UAE lists it as a 23-seater, and we plan on 22 passengers with the driver's seat left out. It has no separate luggage hold, so large suitcases need a second vehicle. The quote depends on hours, route and date, and is sent on WhatsApp for the whole bus.
It depends on the coach and the specification you need, plus the usual factors: hours, route, date and waiting time. Partner coaches vary in seat comfort, charging points, Wi-Fi and onboard toilets. Tell us which of those matter for your group, and we match the request to a specific vehicle and quote it on WhatsApp before you confirm.
Yes. Every bus and coach on this page is booked with a driver, and there is no self-drive option. UAE labour law caps a driver's normal day at 8 hours plus up to 2 hours of overtime. If your group needs the bus for longer, such as a wedding from 15:00 to 01:00, plan for a second driver.
Yes. The group is met in the arrivals hall with a name board, and where the coach waits is confirmed on WhatsApp before you land, because DXB has no pick-up area at arrivals. Pick the bus by luggage as well as seats: a 50-seat coach has an underfloor hold, while the Coaster carries cabin bags only.
Yes, for groups based in Dubai. A coach can run to Sharjah city, about 26 km from Downtown Dubai, or to Abu Dhabi city, about 139 km, and bring the group back the same day. A hire that starts and ends inside Sharjah or Abu Dhabi may need an operator licensed in that emirate, so ask us to confirm a partner for your dates first.
