Mohammed Rashad Hussain has worked in UAE ground transport since 2012. He started at Emirates Transport in Dubai and spent six years there, rising from Representative to Head of Operations and Customer Service. What he checks on this site

  • Airport pickup procedure

Where the chauffeur waits, how the name board and the WhatsApp message work, and what happens when a flight is late.

  • Vehicle capacity

How many passengers and large suitcases each car takes with every seat in use, and when a bigger vehicle is the safer choice.

  • Cross-emirate rules

Which licence covers a trip, when a partner licensed in another emirate drives, and what changes at an emirate border.

  • Routes and timings

Road distances and drive times between airports and cities, and how traffic and peak seasons change them.

Every guide and service page names him as the checker. If a fact looks wrong, tell us on WhatsApp and he will look at it. More about the company is on the About Assure page.
