What Assure does not do
We do not move freight, we do not rent self-drive cars, and we are not a staff-only bus operator. Every booking is a passenger trip with a professional driver. If you searched for any of those three, you will save time by looking elsewhere.

Assure is RTA licensed, which is the Roads and Transport Authority licence for chauffeur-driven passenger transport in Dubai. Local service that starts and ends in another emirate may need a partner licensed there, and we confirm that per trip. Ask on WhatsApp and we will tell you who operates your route.

Does Assure move freight or rent self-drive cars?
No. Assure carries passengers with a professional driver. It does not move freight or cargo, it does not rent cars without a driver, and it is not a staff-bus broker for one-off sales. If you need any of those, a freight forwarder or a self-drive rental company is the right call.
How far ahead should I book?
For a standard airport pickup or a city day, a few hours of notice is often enough, subject to availability. For weddings, events, group transport and monthly contracts, ask earlier so the right vehicle and a backup driver can be reserved. Partner vehicles are available through our partner network, subject to availability.
Do I get the driver's details before pickup?
Yes. Before pickup we send the driver's name, the vehicle and its plate on WhatsApp. For airport arrivals the driver tracks your flight number and waits in arrivals with your name on a board, so you do not need to look for a car.
