What Assure does
Chauffeur and limousine service is the core of the business. Around it sit airport transfers at all 7 UAE airports, transfers between the emirates, private tours, corporate accounts and help with visas.
You book on WhatsApp or by phone, on +971 56 684 8148, at any hour. The same number takes new quotes, flight changes and questions about a booking you already hold.
Who runs operations
Mohammed Rashad Hussain is Managing Partner and runs operations at Assure. He has worked in UAE ground transport since 2012, including six years at Emirates Transport in Dubai, and he checks the airport, vehicle and route facts on this site. Read his page for his background and his latest guides.
The fleet: 10 own vehicles and a partner network
These are the vehicles Assure owns. Passenger and bag counts match the fleet pages and assume every seat is in use.
| Vehicle | Type | Passengers | Large suitcases |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mercedes-Benz S-Class | First class sedan | 3 | 2 |
| BMW 7 Series | First class sedan | 3 | 2 |
| Lexus ES 300h | Business sedan | 3 | 2 |
| GMC Yukon | Large SUV | 6 | 3 |
| Cadillac Escalade | Large SUV | 6 | 3 |
| Mercedes-Benz V-Class | Van | 6 | 4 |
| Kia Carnival | Van | 6 | 3 |
| Citroen SpaceTourer | Van | 6 | 3 |
| Hyundai Staria | Van | 6 | 2 |
| Mercedes-Benz Sprinter | Minibus | 13 or 19, by seat layout | 6 or 3 |
Everything else on the fleet pages, from a Rolls-Royce Phantom to a 50-seat coach, is available through our partner network, subject to availability. A partner car is checked for your date before you confirm, and its card on the site says partner network, never Assure fleet.
Licensing in plain words
Assure is licensed by the RTA, which regulates deluxe passenger transport in Dubai. Most bookings start in Dubai: airport pickups at DXB and DWC, chauffeur days in the city, and trips from Dubai to the other emirates. The RTA licence number is not published on this site yet. Message us on WhatsApp and we send it to you.
Each of the other emirates licenses its own passenger transport. In Ras Al Khaimah, for example, the Ras Al Khaimah Transport Authority (RAKTA) regulates limousine transport, including the permits that companies and drivers need. So a local trip that starts and ends inside another emirate is confirmed per booking, and may be driven by a partner licensed there. What an RTA limousine licence means for you explains the rules from the passenger’s side.
How a booking runs
- You send the route, date, time, passengers and bags on WhatsApp.
- Assure quotes for that route and vehicle. Prices change with the route, so there is no fixed list.
- You confirm in the same chat. Waiting time and cancellation terms are confirmed with the quote.
- Before an airport pickup, your chauffeur messages you on WhatsApp with the meeting point and waits in arrivals with your name on a board.

Companies book the same way, or through an account with monthly invoicing. See corporate accounts for how requests for quote work.
The office
The Assure office is in the Al Nisf Building on Dubai Airport Road, Al Garhoud, Dubai, PO Box 36450, in the district next to Dubai International Airport. Bookings never need a visit. If you want to meet the team, message first on the contact page so someone is there.
What this site does not claim
- No client logos or client names. Corporate clients are not named without their permission.
- No testimonials typed by Assure. Guest feedback is shown only as Google reviews, as Google publishes them.
- No awards, rankings or founding year. The years in business are stated as 10+.
- No price list. Every trip is quoted for its route, vehicle and time.
How the pages on this site are written, sourced and checked is set out in the editorial policy.

Questions and answers
Is Assure licensed?
Yes. Assure is licensed by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), which regulates deluxe passenger transport in Dubai. Other emirates license their own passenger transport, so a trip that starts and ends inside another emirate is confirmed per booking and may be driven by a partner licensed there. The licence number is not published on this site yet.
How long has Assure been in business?
More than 10 years. Assure states it as 10+ because it does not publish a founding year, and it does not publish a client count either. Today the work covers airport arrivals, business days, weddings and trips between the emirates. What you can read for yourself are the Google reviews left by past guests.
Does Assure own all the cars on the site?
No. Assure owns 10 vehicles: three sedans, two large SUVs, four vans and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter minibus. The other models on the fleet pages, such as the Rolls-Royce Phantom, the stretch limousines and the 50-seat coach, are available through our partner network, subject to availability. Each car is labelled Assure fleet or partner network.
Where is the Assure office?
In the Al Nisf Building on Dubai Airport Road, Al Garhoud, Dubai, PO Box 36450. Al Garhoud is the district next to Dubai International Airport. You do not need to visit to book. If you want to meet the team in person, message on WhatsApp first so someone is there when you arrive.
Does Assure work with companies?
Yes. Companies, event organisers, travel agents and DMCs book through corporate accounts with monthly invoicing. Typical work includes airport meet and greet for visiting staff, chauffeurs for exhibition weeks, roadshows across the emirates and group moves in vans and coaches. Send a request for quote with dates, passenger numbers and pickup points.
