Which Dubai Mall entrances can cars stop at?
Dubai Mall is spread over a huge footprint, and the mall lists these parking areas on its parking page: Fashion Parking, Cinema Parking, Zabeel Parking and Fountain Views. It also has a Fashion Avenue Level 3 car park and a Zabeel P5 area.

A chauffeur does not pick a door at random. Cars may stop only where the mall allows, so the driver chooses a drop-off area and a wait point near it. Tell the driver which door you will come out of.
Where is the taxi pickup on the Zabeel side?
Third-party guides place a taxi point at the Zabeel exit of the parking area and others at the Cinema parking and Fashion Avenue parking. The mall’s own parking page does not map taxi points, so treat this as a guide, not a rule. Signs inside the mall point to the taxi areas. For a current answer, call the mall’s UAE line on 800 38224 6255.
The Zabeel side tends to be calmer. Your driver can wait close by, and you avoid the crush at the main doors.
Fashion Avenue: the quieter pickup for chauffeur cars
Fashion Avenue sits on the Boulevard side of the mall, with a car park, a Level 3 parking area and a valet option in the mall’s tariff table. It is the usual choice for guests carrying shopping bags, because the walk from the luxury stores is short.

For a chauffeur pickup:
- Name “Fashion Avenue” and the shop you are leaving in your message.
- Share your live location on WhatsApp.
- Walk to the door when the driver says the car is in position.
Read how messaging works in booking a chauffeur on WhatsApp.
How long can a chauffeur wait at the kerb?
Not long. The mall’s security staff control kerbside stopping, and a car that waits too long is asked to move. Your driver may park in a bay and return when you call. Send your pickup message about 10 minutes before you reach the door.
If you plan a long shopping day, book by the hour so the driver and car stay with you. The trade-offs are in hourly vs transfer chauffeur. Our car with driver page covers the hourly service, and the chauffeur service page lists the cars.
Busy times: weekends, Dubai Fountain shows and the Burj Khalifa New Year
The mall’s tariff table separates weekdays (Monday to Thursday) from weekends (Friday to Sunday) and public holidays, which hints at when it is full. Evenings and fountain shows add crowds at the Waterfront side. We have not confirmed current show times here: check the mall or Emaar before planning around one.

On New Year’s Eve, roads around Downtown close and the usual drop-off points change. Read Dubai event road closures before you plan a pickup that night.
Meeting your driver after the Burj Khalifa or the Aquarium
Both attractions let you out inside the mall, far from some doors. Agree one fixed point before you go in. Good points are Fashion Avenue or the Zabeel exit, because your driver can reach them without crossing the busiest roads.
If you are building a day around Downtown, see places to visit in Dubai and our private tours. Guests who need step-free access should read wheelchair-accessible transport in Dubai before choosing a pickup door. The full picture of how to book is in hiring a chauffeur in Dubai.
