ADIPEC parking and chauffeur transport
ADIPEC 2026 runs from 2 to 5 November at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, and on-site parking is not available to visitors. Drivers use Park and Ride, and taxis set down at Marina Hall or opposite the Aloft hotel. Assure drives delegates from Dubai, 110 to 145 km away, and plans cars for exhibitor teams. Is there parking at ADNEC during ADIPEC?
No. The organiser’s Getting to ADIPEC 2026 page says plainly that on-site parking is not available and points visitors who drive to Park and Ride.
On other show days ADNEC runs its own car parks. A is near the Aloft hotel and B is closest to the Andaz Capital Gate hotel. D and E open off Al Khaleej Al Arabi Street by Marina Hall. ADIPEC is the week those spaces close to visitors. Exhibitors should check the exhibitor manual for any vehicle pass rules.
A car with a driver skips this. You are set down at the venue, and the car leaves until you message for the return.
Where are the Park and Ride sites?
| Zone | Car parks | Shuttle stops at ADNEC |
|---|---|---|
| Zone 1 | Shahama, Deerfields Mall, Al Raha | Near the roundabout entrance |
| Zone 2 | Marina Mall, Sas Al Nakhl | Near Marina Hall Car Park D |
- Shuttles run every 20 minutes from 08:00 to 19:30.
- On 2 November, the opening day, Zone 2 starts at 06:00.
- The organiser says timings can shift with live traffic.
There is also a free hotel shuttle from selected Abu Dhabi hotels. It runs every 30 minutes from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00, stopping at the ADNEC roundabout entrance.
Coming from Dubai, Park and Ride means driving most of the way, parking, then waiting for a bus that leaves every 20 minutes. Read more in our guide to ADNEC parking and drop-off.
Where do taxis and chauffeur cars drop off?
The organiser names two taxi drop-off and pickup points for ADIPEC 2026.
- Marina Hall (Hall 16), near Car Park E
- Opposite the Aloft hotel, in the Embassies area
Taxis can be booked in the Abu Dhabi Taxi app or on TransAD’s line, 600 53 53 53.
The organiser does not list a separate drop-off for private cars. Your chauffeur follows the traffic marshals on the day and confirms the exact point on WhatsApp before you arrive. Tell the driver which hall you need first, so you are set down at the nearer of the two points.
Public transport, road closures and traffic
ADNEC’s getting-here page lists no Metro or tram stop for the venue. Its public transport option is bus 040, which runs seven days a week.
The organiser lists no road closures for ADIPEC 2026, as of 17 October 2026. Its only traffic note is that shuttle timings follow live conditions.
Cars from Dubai come in on the E11. On weekdays the road into Abu Dhabi slows in the morning, and the show opens at 10:00 every day. Darb tolls in Abu Dhabi and Salik tolls in Dubai can apply on the way; they are among the price factors below.
Commuting to ADIPEC from Dubai: how long does it take?
Each row is an OSRM free-flow estimate on OpenStreetMap roads, run on 17 October 2026, so morning traffic adds to it.
| From | Road distance to ADNEC | Without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai Marina | about 113 km | about 1 hour 10 minutes |
| Downtown Dubai | about 132 km | about 1 hour 25 minutes |
| Dubai International (DXB) | about 143 km | about 1 hour 35 minutes |
| Al Maktoum International (DWC) | about 112 km | about 1 hour 20 minutes |
| Zayed International (AUH) | about 34 km | about 30 minutes (ADNEC says 15) |
| Yas Island | about 25 km | about 20 minutes |
| Saadiyat Island | about 20 km | about 20 minutes |
| Abu Dhabi Corniche | about 9 km | about 8 minutes |
A daily return from Downtown Dubai is about 264 km, 4 days running. Our Dubai to Abu Dhabi transfer page covers that road in both directions. If you stay in Dubai for the week, book a car for each show day so the driver handles the E11 twice a day.
Arriving at Zayed International airport for the show
All flights at Zayed International use Terminal A, as they have since 15 November 2023. A chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with your name on a board. Our guide to Terminal A arrivals walks through immigration and the exits.
From the airport to ADNEC is about 34 km by road. Pickups at the airport and trips inside Abu Dhabi are confirmed case by case, because they may need a partner car licensed in Abu Dhabi. See Zayed International pickups and our chauffeur service in Abu Dhabi for what we can arrange there.
For bigger groups, our guides to delegation transport in the UAE and an exhibitor team transport plan set out what to agree before the week starts. Road users should also read about Darb tolls in Abu Dhabi.
Moving an exhibitor team or delegation during ADIPEC
A stand team has different hours from a visitor: earlier starts, late finishes after 18:30, and the build-up and breakdown days either side of the show. Plan by hotel and shift, not by person.
- List every team member with their hotel, arrival flight and show days.
- Give each hotel group one vehicle sized to it.
- Fix a morning run, a return after closing and one standby car for meetings and airport runs.
- Share one WhatsApp group with the drivers and each group lead.
| Car | Passengers | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Mercedes-Benz S-Class or BMW 7 Series | 3 | Assure fleet |
| GMC Yukon or Cadillac Escalade | 6 | Assure fleet |
| Mercedes-Benz V-Class | 6 | Assure fleet |
| Mercedes-Benz Sprinter | 13 or 19 | Assure fleet |
| Toyota Coaster | 22 | Available through our partner network, subject to availability |
| Coach | 35 or 50 | Available through our partner network, subject to availability |
Speakers and senior guests can have their own first class sedan on the same morning and closing times as the team. Companies that also use cars outside show week can run ADIPEC on an Assure corporate account. A full delegation in one vehicle starts at our coach and bus hire page.
ADIPEC week checklist
- Your visitor or exhibitor registration on adipec.com.
- The days you attend and the first hall you need, such as Marina Hall (Hall 16).
- Your hotel, and whether it is in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
- Flight numbers for arrivals at Zayed International or Dubai International.
- The return time: 18:30 on the first three days, 17:30 on 5 November.
- Passenger and bag numbers for each run.
- A WhatsApp number for each group lead.
Booking lead time and price factors
Send your plan once your registration is confirmed. Exhibitor teams should add the build-up and breakdown days. The Toyota Coaster and coaches come through our partner network, subject to availability, so a delegation that needs them should ask first.
We quote the whole ADIPEC week on WhatsApp. The figure depends on these points.
- The car class and the number of cars
- How many show days, and transfers or hours on standby
- Where each day starts: Dubai, Abu Dhabi or an airport
- Early starts and late finishes on build-up and breakdown days
- Darb and Salik tolls on the route
A month after ADIPEC, the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix brings the next big week to the capital, at Yas Marina Circuit.

Questions and answers
When and where is ADIPEC 2026?
ADIPEC 2026 runs from Monday 2 November to Thursday 5 November at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, across its 16 exhibition halls. The doors are open 10:00 to 18:30 on the first three days and 10:00 to 17:30 on the last day. The organiser has not published 2027 dates yet; this page switches to the next edition once adipec.com announces it.
How do I get to ADIPEC?
There are four ways in. Drive to a Park and Ride site and take the free shuttle, use a hotel shuttle from a selected Abu Dhabi hotel, take a taxi to the Marina Hall or Aloft hotel drop-off points, or book a car with a driver. From Downtown Dubai, ADNEC is about 132 km by road, roughly 1 hour 25 minutes without traffic.
Is there parking at ADNEC during ADIPEC?
Not for visitors. The organiser states that on-site parking is not available and sends visitors who drive to Park and Ride. On other show days ADNEC's own car parks, A, B, D and E, are open, but ADIPEC is the exception. Exhibitors should check their exhibitor manual for any vehicle passes. A chauffeur drop-off avoids the Park and Ride step entirely.
Where are the Park and Ride sites, and how often do the shuttles run?
Zone 1 covers Shahama, Deerfields Mall and Al Raha, with buses stopping near the ADNEC roundabout entrance. Zone 2 covers Marina Mall and Sas Al Nakhl, stopping near Marina Hall Car Park D. Shuttles run every 20 minutes from 08:00 to 19:30. On 2 November, Zone 2 starts at 06:00. The organiser says timings can change with live traffic.
Where do taxis and chauffeur cars drop off at ADIPEC?
The organiser lists two taxi drop-off and pickup points: Marina Hall (Hall 16) near Car Park E, and opposite the Aloft hotel in the Embassies area. It does not publish a separate point for private cars, so your chauffeur follows the traffic marshals on the day and confirms the exact spot with you on WhatsApp before you arrive.
How long is the commute to ADIPEC from Dubai?
Without traffic, ADNEC is about 113 km and 1 hour 10 minutes from Dubai Marina, about 132 km and 1 hour 25 minutes from Downtown Dubai, and about 143 km and 1 hour 35 minutes from Dubai International. Those are OSRM free-flow figures. Weekday mornings into Abu Dhabi are slower, so leave a margin before the 10:00 opening.
Can Assure pick me up at Zayed International Airport for ADIPEC?
Ask us to confirm it for your flight. Trips that start in Dubai run under Assure's RTA licence. Pickups at Zayed International and trips that start and end inside Abu Dhabi are confirmed case by case, because they may need a partner car licensed in Abu Dhabi. Send your flight number, hotel and ADIPEC days on WhatsApp and we reply with what is possible.
