Check the seat layout before you book

Rolls-Royce builds the Cullinan with 2 rear layouts:

• Lounge Seats: a rear bench for 3 passengers that folds electrically in a 2/3 and 1/3 split.
• Individual Seats: 2 rear seats split by a fixed centre console with a refrigerator and champagne flutes. A glass partition seals the cabin from the boot, so the cabin keeps its temperature when the tailgate opens.

For 3 people in the back, ask for the Lounge Seats car. For a couple, either works.

Luggage: the most of the three Rolls-Royce models

Rolls-Royce gives 560 L of boot space as standard and 600 L with the parcel shelf out. Assure plans on 3 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags with every seat used. The Ghost and Phantom take 2 large cases each.

Getting in and riding in the rear

• Rear-hinged coach doors that wrap low under the sill.
• The body lowers itself by 40 mm for entry, then rises to ride height when the car starts.
• Rear seats sit higher than the front ones, a layout Rolls-Royce calls Pavilion Seating.
• Self-levelling air suspension, all-wheel drive and all-wheel steering.
• A Starlight Headliner overhead.

What the Cullinan is booked for

• Airport arrivals with luggage: at Dubai International, the chauffeur waits in arrivals holding your name, then loads 3 cases.
