ATM 2027 opening hours
The organiser lists these hours for ATM 2027 at the Dubai World Trade Centre:
| Day | Hours |
|---|---|
| Monday 3 May 2027 | 11:00 to 18:00 |
| Tuesday 4 May 2027 | 10:00 to 18:00 |
| Wednesday 5 May 2027 | 10:00 to 18:00 |
| Thursday 6 May 2027 | 10:00 to 17:00 |
The official site is wtm.com/atm. Plan the first drop-off for about 10:45 on the Monday, and the last pickup for 17:00 on the Thursday.
Why the 2026 dates changed
ATM 2026 was first set for 4 to 7 May 2026. On 18 March 2026, organiser RX moved it to 17 to 20 August, citing the safety and well-being of customers, partners and colleagues.
In May 2026, RX moved the show again, to 14 to 17 September 2026, after consultation with exhibitors and stakeholders. The venue stayed at DWTC throughout. For 2027, ATM returns to early May.
Where do taxis and chauffeur cars drop off at DWTC?
The organiser names two taxi drop-off points: opposite the Ibis Hotel, and in front of the Za’abeel Hall entrance. Taxis collect from the point opposite the Ibis Hotel.

Your chauffeur drops you at one of these and leaves. When you are ready, a WhatsApp message brings the car back. Our guide to DWTC parking and drop-off covers the campus layout in more detail.
Is there parking at ATM?
ATM tells drivers they have free and paid parking options. The DWTC visitor FAQs add paid parking on and around the campus, and free spaces opposite the Convention Tower. Valet parking runs only for certain events.
Parkin charges a grand-events tariff on about 200 spaces immediately around DWTC: AED 25 an hour, from 08:00 to 22:00. Which shows count changes each year, so check the Parkin app for ATM week.
With a chauffeur you skip all of it. Nobody circles the car parks before the 10:00 opening, feeds a meter between meetings or walks back to a free car park at 18:00.
Getting to ATM by Metro
World Trade Centre Metro station on the Red Line gives direct access to the venue, according to the organiser. Fares are paid with a Nol card or a ticket from the station machines.
The Metro works well on show days with no bags. Exhibitors with stand material, and buyers coming straight from the airport, are easier to move by car.
The organiser’s venue and travel page lists no road closures for ATM. Check RTA’s announcements in show week for any change on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Drive times to DWTC
| From | Road distance | Drive time without traffic |
|---|---|---|
| Downtown Dubai | about 5 km | about 8 minutes |
| Dubai International (DXB) | about 12 to 20 km, by direction | 15 to 35 minutes |
| Dubai Marina | about 24 km | about 25 minutes |
| Palm Jumeirah | about 24 km | about 25 minutes |
Distances and times are OSRM free-flow figures from OpenStreetMap data. Sheikh Zayed Road slows at the morning peak, just as the halls open.
If you fly in for the show, book a meet-and-greet pickup at Dubai International: your chauffeur waits in arrivals with your name on a board.
Our conference delegate transport plan and the explainer on what a DMC is in Dubai help when you are arranging cars for hosted buyers. For the Metro option, see the nol card guide.
Transport for travel agents, DMCs and hosted buyers
ATM runs a hosted buyer programme, and DMCs and agents often host several guests landing on different flights. One booking can cover the whole week:
- Arrivals: separate DXB pickups for each flight, each with a name board.
- Show days: a car on hourly standby for off-site meetings between hall sessions.
- Hotel transfers: a drop-off at the Za’abeel Hall entrance each morning and a pickup opposite the Ibis Hotel at close.
- Evening events: a Mercedes V-Class takes 6 guests to a hotel dinner, and a Sprinter takes 13 or 19.
- Senior buyers and speakers: an S-Class or 7 Series from our own fleet for the hotel-to-hall runs. A Rolls-Royce Ghost or Bentley Flying Spur is available through our partner network, subject to availability.
Coaches of 35 and 50 seats are also available through our partner network, subject to availability. See our van and group transport options.
Travel agents and DMCs can see how we work with the trade on our travel trade partners page. Companies sending their own teams can open a corporate account with monthly invoicing.
Planning hotel site inspections around ATM
Many buyers use ATM week to inspect hotels. A car by the hour lets you link inspections in one run: Downtown Dubai is about 5 km from DWTC, and Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina are about 24 km.
Use the hours around the show. Monday opens at 11:00, so a morning inspection in Downtown fits before the first meeting. Thursday closes at 17:00, which leaves the evening for the Palm or the Marina.
ATM week checklist
- Send each guest’s flight number and arrival terminal for the DXB pickups.
- Note the hours: 11:00 on Monday, 10:00 from Tuesday, and a 17:00 close on Thursday.
- Choose your drop-off: the Za’abeel Hall entrance or opposite the Ibis Hotel.
- List off-site meetings with full addresses, so the chauffeur can plan the order.
- Say how many people are travelling and how many bags or sample cases.
- Share one WhatsApp contact per car for pickup messages.
The same plan works for other DWTC trade weeks, such as Gulfood and our full events calendar.
When to book for ATM week, and what changes the quote
The organiser counts more than 55,000 attendees from over 160 countries at ATM, so cars are in demand all week. Book as soon as your flights and meetings are fixed.
Each quote is sent on WhatsApp. For ATM it moves with:
- The number of show days and the hours on standby.
- How many cars run each day, and in which class.
- Airport legs, and pickups before 08:00.
- Group size, and whether a coach is needed.
