Mercedes-Benz V-Class with chauffeur in Dubai

The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is an Assure fleet van booked with a chauffeur, never for self-drive. It takes 6 passengers with 4 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags, the most luggage of any van in the range. Use it for Dubai airport pickups with a name-board greeting, corporate days, wedding guests and Abu Dhabi runs.

A six-seat van with room for 4 suitcases

Mercedes-Benz builds the V-Class with up to 8 seats. Assure books it for 6 passengers so the luggage still fits: 4 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags with every passenger seat in use. That is one more large case than the Kia Carnival or Citroen SpaceTourer, and two more than the Hyundai Staria.

The V-Class is in the Assure fleet, so a booking does not wait on a partner’s confirmation. It always comes with a chauffeur. Assure does not hand over the keys for self-drive.

What the V-Class cabin offers

These come from the V-Class page on Mercedes-Benz Middle East. Equipment differs by line and option, so ask which items the car on your date has.

  • Sliding doors on both sides, so passengers step out on the kerb side at a hotel entrance or arrivals lane.
  • Individual seats in the first two rear rows rather than a bench.
  • THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control on the AVANTGARDE line.
  • Optional luxury seats in the first rear row, with recline, massage and seat climate control.
  • The optional EASY PACK, which opens and closes the sliding doors and tailgate electrically.
  • No wheelchair ramp.

Jobs the V-Class is booked for

  • Airport arrivals. At Dubai International, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name. A family of 5 with 4 checked cases fits in one V-Class instead of two sedans.
  • Corporate days. Six colleagues move between meetings in one vehicle, with the driver waiting outside each stop. Monthly billing runs through corporate accounts.
  • Weddings and events. It carries the couple’s parents or the bridal party between the hotel, the venue and photo stops.
  • Intercity. A Dubai to Abu Dhabi transfer for 6 people with full luggage.
  • Private tours. A full-day city or desert tour for one group of up to 6.

When another vehicle fits better

For 7 to 13 passengers, or more than 4 large cases, book the 13-seat Mercedes Sprinter, which takes 6 large suitcases. For 6 passengers carrying 3 suitcases or fewer, the Kia Carnival does the same job in a smaller body.

Our guide to the V-Class and the Sprinter side by side works through group sizes and luggage in more detail.

How to book the V-Class

Send the date, pickup point, drop-off and the number of passengers and suitcases on WhatsApp to +971 56 684 8148. Assure replies 24/7 with a quote for your route. If you want the luxury rear seats or the electric doors, put that in the same message so we can match the car.

Questions and answers

Can I rent a Mercedes V-Class in Dubai without a driver?

No. Assure is an RTA licensed chauffeur company and does not rent any vehicle for self-drive. Every V-Class booking includes a chauffeur who drives, loads the 4 suitcases and waits while you are at a meeting or a venue. Nobody in your group needs a UAE driving licence or has to find parking.

How many people and suitcases fit in the V-Class?

Six passengers, with 4 large suitcases and 2 cabin bags behind them. Mercedes-Benz builds the V-Class with up to 8 seats, but every extra seat takes luggage space, so Assure lists it for 6. If 7 or more people are travelling with checked bags, the 13-seat Sprinter is the better booking.

Does the V-Class have reclining or massage seats?

Mercedes-Benz offers luxury seats in the first rear row as an option, with recline, massage and seat climate control. Not every V-Class has them. If the seats matter for your trip, say so on WhatsApp and we confirm whether the car free on your date has them before you book.

Is the V-Class a good choice for a family airport pickup?

It is the van with the most luggage room in the range: 4 large cases and 2 cabin bags for up to 6 people. Your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name, and walks you to the van. Sliding doors on both sides make loading children easier at a busy kerb.

What is the difference between the V-Class and the Kia Carnival?

Both are Assure fleet vans for 6 passengers. The V-Class takes 4 large suitcases and the Carnival 3. The V-Class has individual seats in its first two rear rows and optional luxury seats. The Carnival is the better fit when the group carries 3 cases or fewer and does not need the extra space.
