Where the Coaster sits in the range
The Toyota Coaster seats 22 passengers, the most of any minibus on our list. It is available through our partner network, subject to availability, and every booking includes a chauffeur. There is no self-drive option. Above 22 people, groups move to the 35-seat coach and larger buses.
The luggage rule to plan around
The Coaster has no separate luggage hold. With every seat taken, it holds about 10 cabin bags and no large suitcases. That one fact decides most bookings.
- Works well: groups who leave their bags at the hotel. Event guests, staff on a shift run and tour groups out for the day all fit this pattern.
- Needs a second vehicle: an airport arrival with suitcases. We pair the Coaster with a vehicle for the luggage when you send the bag count.
Inside the cabin
Toyota UAE lists curtains, a microphone with amplifier and a 6.7-inch display audio unit with USB and Bluetooth on its current Coaster. The microphone lets a guide or a wedding coordinator speak to the whole bus. Curtains shade the passengers on the sunny side. There is no wheelchair ramp.
Toyota UAE calls the Coaster a 23-seater. We plan on 22 passengers and confirm the count for the partner’s vehicle. The image shown is a representative Toyota studio render of an Australian right-hand-drive model, so the door side and trim differ from a UAE Coaster.
What it is booked for
- Event shuttles: hotel loops for conferences, exhibitions and concerts, planned through our event chauffeur service.
- Guided tours: a private Dubai city tour where the guide talks over the microphone between stops.
- Staff runs: crews moving between accommodation and a site at shift change.
- Wedding guests: hotel to venue and back, with up to 22 guests on each loop.
- Airport arrivals: the chauffeur meets the group in the arrivals hall with a name board. Book a luggage vehicle alongside it for any large cases.
Coaster or 19-seat Sprinter?

Not large ones. The Coaster has no separate luggage hold, and with every seat taken it holds about 10 cabin bags. For an airport arrival with suitcases, we book a second vehicle for the luggage alongside the Coaster. Tell us how many large cases the group has, and we plan both vehicles together.
How many seats does the Coaster have?
Toyota UAE lists the Coaster as a 23-seater without saying whether that includes the driver. We plan on 22 passengers, leaving the driver's seat out of the count. Seat layouts can vary between partner vehicles, so we confirm the exact passenger count for your booking in writing before it is final.
Is the Coaster driven by a chauffeur?

Yes. Toyota UAE lists a microphone and amplifier on the current Coaster, so a guide can speak to all 22 seats between stops. Curtains help passengers on the sunny side of the bus. Partner vehicles can be earlier model years, so ask us to confirm the microphone if your guide needs it.
