Where the arena is and how cars reach it
Coca-Cola Arena sits in City Walk, in Al Wasl, between Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. The arena says it is reached from both Financial Centre Road and Sheikh Zayed Road.

Your chauffeur follows the arena’s own driving directions.
- From Abu Dhabi and Dubai Marina: Sheikh Zayed Road, exit 47 towards Al Hadiqa Street, then Al Hadiqa Road, Al Wasl Road, 13th Street and Happiness Street.
- From Sharjah and Deira: stay on Sheikh Zayed Road past the arena, take exit 49 towards Jumeirah, then Umm Amar Road, Al Wasl Road, 13th Street and Happiness Street.
Where is the drop-off for Coca-Cola Arena?
There is a dedicated drop-off zone directly in front of the main entrances, A, B and C. Taxis, ride-hailing cars and chauffeur cars all set guests down there. There is no valet service.
Three arena rules shape the car plan:
- Doors open 2 hours before the scheduled start. Plan the drop-off around the doors time, not the headline act.
- No re-entry. Once you leave the arena you cannot go back in, so anything you need stays with you.
- No backpacks inside. If you come straight from a meeting or the airport, a car on standby can keep the bag while you are in the show.
Is there parking at Coca-Cola Arena?
Yes, but it is limited. The arena’s FAQ describes paid parking on a first come, first served basis, with hourly rates set out on that page.
- On site: paid bays in P2 and P4, managed through Parkonic.
- Accessible parking: disabled badge holders park free in P4 on showing a valid badge.
- Nearby: City Walk parking about 4 minutes’ walk away and an RTA car park about 5 minutes away, where charges may apply.
The arena says parking around it is very limited and suggests arriving early or using public transport to avoid delays on event days. With a chauffeur you skip the search for a bay and the queue to leave the car park after the encore. The driver deals with the car while you are inside.
Metro, taxis and road closures
- Metro: Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station on the Red Line is the closest. The arena calls it a few minutes’ walk; other estimates run longer, so leave a margin.
- Taxis: RTA taxis serve the arena and use the same drop-off zone as private cars.
- Road closures: the arena lists no standing closures, and says it sends a traffic and transport plan to ticket buyers before an event. City Walk is close to Downtown Dubai, where roads close on New Year’s Eve, so check the RTA’s notices for any show on a big Downtown night.

Ways to book a car for a show
- Hotel to arena and back: a drop-off before doors and a return at a set time after the show.
- Standby by the hour: the car waits nearby from the drop-off to the encore, booked like any hourly car with driver.
- Airport plus show: land at Dubai International, meet your chauffeur in the arrivals hall with your name on a board, and go to the arena or your hotel. See pickups at DXB.
- Groups: a 6-seat van or a 13 or 19 seat Sprinter keeps a group together. Larger groups can look at our van and group transport.
- VIP cars: for a birthday or a guest artist, book a first class sedan from our fleet, or a Rolls-Royce available through our partner network, subject to availability. See our limousine service.

Booking a chauffeur for a concert night: what to agree in advance
- The show, the date and the start time on your ticket. Doors open 2 hours earlier.
- Your pickup address and when you want to reach the arena.
- Standby or a fixed return time, and the meeting point for the return.
- The number of passengers and any bags that need to stay in the car.
- A WhatsApp number for each person the driver may need to reach.
For the late return, our guides on Dubai rush hour and Dubai parking show why many concert-goers leave the car at home. If a flight lands the same night, see late-night arrivals in Dubai.
Getting home after a sold-out show
When a full arena empties, the drop-off zone, the Metro station and the taxi queue all fill at once. A pre-booked car avoids that queue only if the pickup point is agreed before the show.
Pick a spot a short walk from entrances A, B and C, such as the City Walk car park entrance. Message your chauffeur as you leave the hall. The driver confirms on WhatsApp where the car is waiting.
Coming from Abu Dhabi or Sharjah
From central Abu Dhabi the arena is about 138 km, roughly 1 hour 30 minutes without traffic, ending at exit 47 off Sheikh Zayed Road. The E11 leg itself is covered on our Dubai to Abu Dhabi transfer page.
From Sharjah city it is about 26 km, around 30 minutes without traffic. Allow more at the evening peak. If you start in Sharjah, our Sharjah chauffeur page explains how pickups there work. Ask us to confirm the car for your address.
Booking lead time and the price on a show night
Send the show date as soon as you have tickets, with the number of guests. Partner-network cars such as a Rolls-Royce Ghost are subject to availability, so ask for those first. For a group in several cars, send the plan early so each vehicle is confirmed before the show night.
Each show night is quoted on WhatsApp for your route. These points move the quote.
- How many cars, and which class
- A one-way drop, a return at a set time, or standby by the hour
- The pickup emirate: Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, or a hotel straight from the airport
- Pickups after midnight
- Salik tolls on the route and any parking fee while the car waits

Questions and answers
How do I get to Coca-Cola Arena?
By car, taxi or Metro. Cars reach City Walk from Sheikh Zayed Road or Financial Centre Road and set you down in front of entrances A, B and C. The nearest Metro station is Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall on the Red Line, a short walk away. From Dubai International, the arena puts the drive at about 25 minutes and the Metro at about 30.
Where is the drop-off for Coca-Cola Arena?
The arena has a dedicated drop-off zone directly in front of its main entrances, A, B and C. Taxis, ride-hailing cars and private cars with a driver all use it to set guests down. There is no valet service. The arena does not publish a separate private-car pickup point for after the show, so agree one with your chauffeur before you go in.
Is there parking at Coca-Cola Arena?
Yes, but it is limited, paid and first come, first served. On-site bays are in P2 and P4, managed through Parkonic, and disabled badge holders park free in P4. City Walk parking is about 4 minutes' walk and an RTA car park about 5 minutes. The arena says parking around it is very limited and encourages visitors to use public transport where possible.
Where is Coca-Cola Arena?
Coca-Cola Arena is in the City Walk district of Al Wasl, Dubai, between Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. It is about 4 km by road from Burj Khalifa and about 15 km from Dubai International Airport. Coming from Abu Dhabi, the arena's own directions use exit 47 off Sheikh Zayed Road towards Al Hadiqa Street.
Where do taxis, ride-hailing and private cars drop off?
All of them use the drop-off zone in front of entrances A, B and C. RTA taxis serve the arena, and the arena's FAQ says taxis and ride-hailing cars can drop off and pick up there. After a full show, that zone and the taxi queue fill at the same time, which is why a pre-booked car with an agreed meeting point is quicker.
What is the nearest Metro station to Coca-Cola Arena?
Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall on the Red Line. The arena calls it a few minutes' walk, though walking estimates from other sources vary, so allow extra time before doors. From Dubai International, the Red Line runs from the Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 stations to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall in about 30 minutes, according to the arena.
How do you get home after a sold-out show?
Plan the return before you go in. When a full arena empties, the drop-off zone, the Metro station and the taxi queue all fill at once. Book your chauffeur on standby or for a fixed return time, and agree a meeting point, such as the City Walk car park entrance. Message the driver when you leave the hall and walk to the agreed spot.
